Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS:

2 cans artichokes (hearts & bottoms)
1 package mozzarella cheese
2-3 tablespoons  mayonnaise
1 small white onion

PREPARATION:

Cut the artichokes and the onion into small bits. Mix with the mayonnaise and cheese. Bake in the microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot with crackers and much love!
